Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Lestari Group is an integrated maritime and energy supply chain group with operations across Malaysia, Singapore and China.
Our business spans dry bulk shipping, fleet ownership, oil & gas and offshore services, and commodity trading. With Southeast Asia as the foundation for our international growth, we continue to strengthen our fleet, partnerships and operational capabilities to support regional trade and create sustainable value for our customers, partners and stakeholders.

Acquired MV Lestari Manjung, expanding our operating fleet and enhancing our ability to serve regional energy and dry bulk cargo demand.
Entered newbuilding contracts for two Kamsarmax vessels, investing in future fleet capacity and strengthening the Group's long-term shipping capabilities.
Expanded the Shanghai office, strengthening the Group's operational presence in China.
Completed the strategic fleet transition with the disposal of MV Lestari Manjung and delivery of two new 82,000 DWT Kamsarmax vessels, MV Lestari Kuala Lumpur and MV Lestari Jimah, strengthening the Group's fleet capacity and operational capabilities.
